Available Online Services

The following services are currently available online.

• Letter Request : Letter Confirming Degree; Eligibility to Graduate; or Intent to Graduate (UTORid required to log in and use the service.)
• QECO Letter Request : Qualification Evaluation Council of Ontario Letter
  

  - As of September 18, 2026, the online QECO Letter Request service is no longer available. Faculty of Arts & Science graduates may continue to request QECO letters.

  - To request a QECO letter, please email ask.artsci@utoronto.ca from your University of Toronto email address and include your University of Toronto student number.

  - If you no longer have access to your University of Toronto email account, please contact ask.artsci@utoronto.ca from your current email address for next steps.

  - If you submitted a QECO Letter Request before September 18, 2026, you do not need to submit another request. Please contact ask.artsci@utoronto.ca if you have questions about an existing request.
